This is a strictly 'Nati plea. Something has happened recently that has spurred me to look for another childcare provider. Daycares, nannies, in-home providers--I'm considering them all. And don't worry, you'll get the low-down about what happened soon. I think lots of working moms would be interested. I just need time to collect my thoughts so I can write coherently about the situation.
But in the meantime, do any of my WMAGs have any recos for childcare you love? You can leave a comment, or email me at workingmomsagainstguilt@gmail.com.
Thanks!

My children will be attending a Montessori school in the fall (they'll be 2.5 and 4) but I know you can also find them for younger children, especially around larger cities. I am very excited about the Montessori method and know that being there will make a huge change in our lives.
Another recommendation would be to use care.com if you're looking for in-home care. I actually found out about care from WMAG, and have successfully found someone for the summer through the site.
Good luck!!!
Try these folks. You can call them and talk to a counselor who will help you find resources in your area. I used them and found them to be quite helpful!

My sitter has a few spots, and actually asked me if I knew anyone.. Location Blue Ash... pick up time 5:00pm no later.
I have a friend who is watching kids...but she is in West Chester... so that might be far for you.
SM attended Youthland Academy when he was younger. I really liked their services. They have 10-15 locations around Cincinnati.
Good luck. I hope you find awesome care for the tot!
