Tasty Tuesday – Stir Fry!

Family-friendly recipes for working moms: Quick Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry. Yum!

I’m going to open today’s Tasty Tuesday by, once again, singing the praises of Pinterest. What a great resource for easy, family-friendly recipes that working moms can whip up fast!

It’s great for lots of other things, too, as those of you who Pinterest know. And now, Working Moms Against Guilt has its own Pinterest account. You can check it out right here!  We’ll try to keep it updated with fashion ideas, recipes and other stuff to help you stay informed, simplify your life, and have a little fun.

Today’s recipe is another Pinterest find. This Quick Mongolian Beef from justataste.com not only was easy to make, it was a hit with my kids, who loved eating the sauce over rice once the meat was gone.

And you know, it got me thinking that I’ve made almost the exact same sauce for other stir fry recipes. In fact, if you just memorize the ingredients–soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger–you can pretty much do any kind of stir fry you want. The favorite at our house is chicken with broccoli.

What other versatile, go-to recipes do you always keep in mind? Let’s share!
