— Martha has so many ideas; it’s scary. Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party this year or just love Halloween, get your creative and crafty juices flowing with Martha Stewart’s Halloween Ideas of the Day. How adorable are these “Mashed Boo-tatoes”? I wonder if they can be easily recreated with a bag of the microwaveable kind?

— I’ll tell you who moved my cheese. Whether change happens to you or you make it happen, First30Days might be good for you. The site aims to inspire you to find the positive in any change. Incidentally, one of the quotes I saw on the site caught my eye: “Guilt is anger directed at ourselves.” Too true.
— Work/family wonks will dig this: Boston College’s Sloan Work and Family Research Network, “the premier online destination for information about work and family.” Academics and teachers can find teaching resources and access to top researchers. HR folks and employees can get reports and info on cutting-edge workforce issues, talent management, and the impact of work and family issues on business outcomes.
— Help, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up. Call the Working Mom Lifeline, stat! This new online community by and for working moms hopes to “save your sanity, daily” with jokes and brutally funny honesty. Worth checking out!
— Is it time to update your underwear? Clean out your drawers full of maternity undies and nursing bras, and fill ’em up with some new undies that make you feel like a natural woman. Bare Necessities is having a rare sale on most bras, panties, shapewear and more. The site also has Yummie Tummies, which I have tried and love (full review to come soon), though they aren’t part of the sale. Still worth a look if your tummy could use a little smoothing in certain outfits!
