Susan’s Finds

There are many reasons I look forward to fall (my birthday being a big one!)–but new TV shows are definitely near the top of the list. One show I’m digging is Steven Bochco’s Raising the Bar on TNT (Mondays at 10/9C), starring former Saved by the Bell/NYPD Blue hottie Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Sure, it’s yet another legal drama, but with such good writing, characters and acting, Raising the Bar, well, raises the bar on the genre. I do miss Sipowitz, though.
I’m also looking forward to new episodes of Chuck (NBC, Mondays at 8), Heroes (NBC, Mondays at 9), House (Fox, Tuesdays at 8), Bones (Fox, Wednesdays at 8) and The Office (NBC, Thursdays at 9). We already started watching The Biggest Loser this week, which is giving us new inspiration to keep losing weight!

The event will feature soapbox derby races as well as a family friendly festival area with food, music and activities. Saturday, 11-5, Northern Kentucky University.

    Susan –
Thanks so much for including the Hopebox Derby in your Friday Finds. This event has been nine months in the making and we are very exicted about it.

We hope you all can make it out. We’ve got so much for kids to do and who doesn’t love watching cars race???

Again, thanks so much. The Pike Street Clinic is a organization that is near to my heart.
