Marketing With Meaning

It’s Tela here. I think some (or most) of our readers know that I work as a copywriter at an interactive advertising agency. I’ve worked on some pretty cool marketing and advertising campaigns over the years, with a lots of awesome co-workers.

Recently, our chief marketing strategist, Bob Gilbreath, wrote a book, The Next Evolution of Marketing, about connecting with consumers through marketing with meaning.

Today I get to play on Twitter and social network sites all day and help him promote the book’s launch. My “team” is donating $1 for every 10 downloads of the book chapter (up to $400) to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
